cx/omni Marketing Software GmbH was founded in 2014, born out of an established Customer Journey Mapping tool of one of our consulting partners. The Germany-based company is an independent start-up, headquartered in the Munich metro area. Accompanied by a team of experienced sales managers, customer experience managers and developers, cx/omni developed a leading Customer Experience Management System (CEM) covering Persona Management, Customer Experience Journey Mapping and Touchpoint Management as SaaS solution.

Our usability, scalability and data security concepts align with highest enterprise standards. We are following the philosophy of being highly practice-oriented, intuitive and adaptable to individual needs of B2C and B2B use cases. As a result the cx/omni CEM cloud is used by international corporations, but mid-size and small customer-focussed companies as well.

A team of interface experts realizes integrations and API adaptors to leading customer survey systems, web analytics, Social Media channels and further relevant data sources.

As an option, the deployment of Customer Experience Management, Touchpoint Management or Customer Journey Mapping is supported by selected consulting partners. These experts, experienced in the field of Customer/Sales/Service Management, associate with workshops and individual consultation.
